
TRAVEL ITINERARY
While the number of nations in the world can vary depending on the criteria you use to define a country, the number most commonly agreed upon is 197. This includes the 193 member states of the United Nations, two observer states (The Vatican and Palestine) and two partially recognized member states (Kosovo and Taiwan).
To complete the project in all 197 countries, I will embark on 16 expeditions comprised of 8-13 countries each
over the course of the next few years. The expeditions are broken down as follows (not in chronological order):
